1. ABOUT US
Driven Perfection LLC is a Georgia limited liability company with its principal office at 113 S. Perry Street, Suite 206 #14258, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. We provide economy, luxury, and exotic vehicle rentals, auto brokerage and vehicle sourcing, consignment sales, fleet management, vehicle owner and investor partnerships, commercial transportation, concierge services, consulting, and digital education products.
We are the controller of the personal information described in this Policy.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information You Give Us Directly
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identity information — full legal name, date of birth, mailing and billing address, and photographs of you where required for identity verification.
- Contact information — mobile and landline telephone numbers, email address, and emergency contact name and phone number.
- Driver and licensing information — driver's license number, state of issue, expiration date, license class and restrictions, and an image of your license.
- Insurance information — insurer name, policy number, named insured, policy limits, deductibles, effective and expiration dates, declarations pages, and agent contact information.
- Payment information — the last four digits, card brand, and expiration date of the payment card you place on file, billing address, and a payment token issued by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers or security codes on our own systems.
- Rental and reservation information — vehicle requested, dates, pickup and return locations, additional drivers, protection product elections, and signed agreements.
- Business and partnership information — entity name, EIN, formation documents, ownership and title documents, banking details for owner payouts, and information you provide when applying to be a vehicle owner-partner, investor, vendor, contractor, or driver.
- Communications — the content of emails, text messages, contact forms, chat messages, voicemails, and, where permitted by law and disclosed at the time, recorded telephone calls.
- Content you submit — reviews, testimonials, photographs, and social media tags.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically on the Site
- IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies used for site functionality, analytics, and (where enabled and disclosed) advertising measurement. See Section 8.
2.3 Information We Collect From Vehicles (Telematics and GPS)
Vehicles in our fleet may be equipped with GPS tracking devices, telematics units, event data recorders, dash cameras, and remote immobilization ("kill switch") technology. Where such equipment is installed, we may collect:
- Vehicle location, route, and travel history;
- Speed, acceleration, braking, and impact events;
- Odometer, fuel or charge level, engine diagnostics, and maintenance alerts;
- Ignition, door, and device tamper events; and
- Dash camera footage, where a camera is installed.
We use this information for theft prevention and vehicle recovery, safety, maintenance, accident investigation, insurance claims, verification of mileage and geographic limits, payment default, and enforcement of the rental agreement — as permitted by law. The presence of this equipment is disclosed in the Master Vehicle Rental Agreement, and your consent to its use is a condition of rental.
2.4 Information We Collect From Third Parties
- Motor vehicle records (MVR) and license status from state motor vehicle authorities or authorized vendors.
- Identity verification, fraud, and risk scores from verification and anti-fraud service providers.
- Consumer report information, where permitted by law and where you have authorized it, for underwriting, fraud prevention, and collections. Where the Fair Credit Reporting Act applies, we obtain your written authorization before requesting a consumer report.
- Payment and chargeback information from our payment processors and card networks.
- Insurance verification from insurers, brokers, and third-party protection product providers.
- Toll, citation, and impound notices from toll authorities, law enforcement, municipalities, and towing or storage operators.
- Vehicle history and title information from title, lien, and vehicle history vendors in connection with brokerage, sourcing, and consignment services.
- Referral information from partners who refer you to us.
2.5 Sensitive Information
We do not seek to collect Social Security numbers, precise biometric identifiers, health information, or financial account credentials, except where a specific transaction requires it (for example, a tax form for an owner-partner payout, or an insurance claim). Where we do collect such information, we limit its use to that purpose.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use personal information to:
- Provide, book, deliver, and administer rentals, brokerage transactions, fleet management, transportation, concierge, consulting, and educational services;
- Verify your identity, age, license status, and driving record, and determine your eligibility to rent or to operate a specific vehicle class;
- Process payments, deposits, holds, refunds, invoices, and recurring billing, and to respond to and contest chargebacks;
- Communicate with you about reservations, vehicle handoff and return, service updates, account matters, and support requests;
- Send marketing and promotional messages where you have separately consented to receive them (see Section 5);
- Prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, theft, unauthorized use, misrepresentation, and other unlawful activity;
- Locate, recover, and repossess vehicles, and to enforce our agreements;
- Assess, document, and pursue damage, loss of use, diminished value, tolls, citations, and other amounts owed, and to pursue collections;
- Administer insurance and third-party protection product claims;
- Maintain, service, and manage the fleet, including maintenance scheduling and utilization analysis;
- Report to and account with vehicle owner-partners and investors regarding vehicles they own or have an interest in;
- Operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and the Services;
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests and legal process, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
- Any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or to which you consent.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell it.
| Recipient | What is shared and why |
|---|---|
| Service providers | Payment processors, rental and fleet management software, booking platforms, e-signature providers, identity verification and fraud vendors, telematics and GPS providers, email and hosting providers, and analytics providers — only as needed to perform services for us, under contracts requiring confidentiality and limiting their use of the information. |
| Insurers and protection providers | Insurance carriers, brokers, third-party collision damage waiver and supplemental liability providers, and claims administrators, for underwriting, verification, and claims. |
| Vehicle owner-partners, lessors, and lienholders | For vehicles owned by a third party, information reasonably necessary for ownership reporting, insurance, claims, recovery, and legal compliance. |
| Law enforcement, toll and citation authorities, and courts | Where required by law, in response to valid legal process, to report theft, conversion, or abandonment, or to identify the responsible driver for a toll or citation. |
| Collections and recovery | Collection agencies, repossession and recovery agents, skip-tracing vendors, and attorneys, in connection with amounts owed or vehicle recovery. |
| Professional advisors | Attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers, under duties of confidentiality. |
| Business transfers | In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, subject to this Policy. |
| With your direction or consent | Where you ask us to share information, or otherwise consent. |
4.1 SMS and Mobile Information — Restrictions on Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consumer SMS opt-in data, consent records, and mobile telephone numbers are not transferred, disclosed, sold, rented, licensed, or shared with any external organization, except with service providers acting solely on our behalf to deliver the messaging program — for example, our messaging platform, telecommunications carrier, and customer support systems — and only to the extent necessary to perform that service for us.
Every such service provider is bound by a written contract that:
- Limits their use of the information exclusively to performing services for Driven Perfection;
- Prohibits them from using, selling, sharing, or disclosing the information for their own purposes, for any other party's purposes, or for any marketing or promotional purpose;
- Imposes strict confidentiality and data protection obligations; and
- Requires them to maintain safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your mobile telephone number or SMS consent to anyone, for any purpose, under any circumstances. No affiliate, partner, advertiser, data broker, lead buyer, or other external organization receives it.
This restriction applies to your mobile number, your opt-in record, the date and method of your consent, your message history, and your opt-out status.
If you have questions about this policy or our text messaging practices, contact Driven Perfection LLC at 404-620-4270 or support@drivenperfectionrentals.com.
5. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS/MMS) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These messaging terms are part of this Privacy Policy and apply to all text messages sent by or on behalf of Driven Perfection LLC.
-
Program description. Driven Perfection LLC operates two separate text messaging programs. Each has its own dedicated opt-in checkbox, its own consent record, and its own separate carrier registration. Each requires its own separate consent.
Program A — Informational and Customer Care Messages
Message types sent under this program:
- Informational messages
- Customer care messages
By opting in, you agree to receive informational and customer care text messages from Driven Perfection LLC, including reservation updates, account notifications, and customer support responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
This program sends only: booking and reservation confirmations, vehicle delivery, pickup, and return coordination, return reminders, invoice and payment notifications, security deposit release confirmations, account notifications, and one-to-one replies to your customer support questions.
This program sends no marketing, promotional, or advertising content of any kind.
Program B — Marketing and Promotional Messages
Message type: Marketing.
By checking the marketing consent box, you agree to receive promotional offers, discounts, new vehicle arrival announcements, and event and availability messages from Driven Perfection LLC.
This program is registered separately and operates under its own separate consent. Checking the Program A box does not enroll you in Program B.
These two programs are operated separately with separate consent. Consenting to informational messages does not enroll you in marketing messages, and consenting to marketing messages does not enroll you in informational messages. You may consent to one, both, or neither.
We do not bundle messaging consent. Your consent to receive text messages is collected through its own dedicated, unchecked checkbox — it is never combined with another consent, never combined with your agreement to our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, and never pre-checked. Consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of renting a vehicle or purchasing any service from us, and you may decline it and still complete any transaction with us.
-
How you opt in. You may opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box on the form at https://drivenperfectionrentals.com/contact. The form presents two separate, independently unchecked checkboxes — one for informational and customer care messages, one for marketing and promotional messages. Neither is pre-checked, neither is required to submit the form, and checking one does not check the other. You may also opt in by providing your mobile number and a separate written consent on a rental agreement or intake form, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
-
How to opt out. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL to any message. We also honor STOPALL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out, we will send a single confirmation message, and you will receive no further messages in that program unless you re-enroll. Opting out of one program does not opt you out of the other; reply STOP to a message from each program you wish to leave, or contact us and we will remove you from both. You may also opt out by emailing support@drivenperfectionrentals.com or calling 404-620-4270.
-
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@drivenperfectionrentals.com or 404-620-4270.
-
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the program you have joined.
-
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message sent and received. Driven Perfection does not charge for text messages.
-
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
-
Supported carriers and devices. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device. Not all carriers or devices support all message types.
-
Privacy. Information you provide in connection with this messaging program is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including the no-sharing commitment in Section 4.1.
-
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
-
Sender identity and contact. The sender of all text messages under this program is Driven Perfection LLC, 113 S. Perry Street, Suite 206 #14258, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. If you have questions about this policy or our text messaging practices, contact Driven Perfection LLC at 404-620-4270 or support@drivenperfectionrentals.com.
6. YOUR CHOICES
- Text messages — reply STOP to any message, or contact us at support@drivenperfectionrentals.com.
- Marketing email — click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or contact us. You will still receive transactional messages about active reservations, payments, and account matters.
- Telephone calls — tell us during any call, or contact us in writing, to stop marketing calls.
- Cookies — see Section 8.
- Payment card on file — you may ask us to remove a stored card, but we may be unable to complete or continue a rental without a valid card on file, and removal does not cancel amounts already owed or authorized under a signed rental agreement.
- Telematics — GPS and telematics equipment cannot be disabled during a rental. If you do not consent to its use, do not rent a vehicle equipped with it.
7. DATA SECURITY
Driven Perfection LLC maintains administrative, technical, and contractual controls designed to prevent unauthorized access to, use of, or sharing of user data. These safeguards apply to all personal information described in this Policy, including SMS opt-in data, consent records, and mobile telephone numbers.
| Control type | What we do |
|---|---|
| Administrative | Access to personal information is limited to personnel who need it to perform their job; staff and contractors are trained on confidentiality and data handling; access is reviewed and revoked when a role ends; consent records are retained as a documented compliance trail. |
| Technical | Encryption of data in transit; access controls and authentication on systems holding personal information; tokenized payment handling through PCI-DSS compliant processors so we never store full card numbers; monitoring and logging of access to sensitive records. |
| Contractual | Written agreements with every service provider that restrict use of the information exclusively to services performed for us, prohibit any independent use, sale, sharing, or marketing use, impose strict confidentiality and data protection obligations, and require appropriate safeguards. |
| Physical | Secured storage of any physical records, and secure disposal when retention periods expire. |
These controls are specifically intended to prevent your information — and in particular your mobile number and SMS consent — from being accessed, used, or shared by anyone not authorized to do so.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information to us at your own risk. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable authority as required by law.
8. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function, including security, load balancing, and form submission.
- Functional — remember your preferences and inputs.
- Analytics — help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
- Advertising measurement — where enabled, help us measure the effectiveness of our own advertising.
You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the Site may not work correctly if you do. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no common standard has been adopted; where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
9. DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and then for the period required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, defend claims, and satisfy tax, insurance, accounting, and regulatory obligations. As general guidance:
| Category | Typical retention |
|---|---|
| Rental agreements, condition reports, and related records | 7 years after the end of the rental |
| Payment, invoice, and tax records | 7 years |
| Telematics and GPS location data | 12 months, or longer where relevant to an open claim, dispute, or investigation |
| Dash camera footage | 30–90 days, or longer where relevant to an incident |
| Marketing contact records and SMS consent records | Until you opt out, plus a record of the opt-out and the underlying consent as required for compliance |
| Site analytics data | Up to 26 months |
| Inquiries that do not become rentals | 24 months |
Records relevant to an accident, claim, chargeback, collection matter, investigation, or legal proceeding are retained until the matter is fully resolved and any applicable limitations period has expired.
10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know / Access — request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy of it;
- Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Delete — request deletion of your personal information;
- Portability — receive a copy in a portable format;
- Opt out — of sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects (we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising);
- Non-discrimination — not be discriminated against for exercising these rights; and
- Appeal — appeal our denial of a request, where your state provides that right.
How to submit a request. Email support@drivenperfectionrentals.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call 404-620-4270. We will verify your identity before responding, generally by confirming information already in our records. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We respond within the time your state's law requires (generally 45 days, extendable where permitted).
Limits on deletion. We may decline a deletion request, in whole or in part, where we are required or permitted to retain information — for example, to complete a transaction, comply with law, maintain insurance and tax records, detect or prevent fraud, recover a vehicle, or establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site and the Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and no one under 21 may rent a vehicle from us. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@drivenperfectionrentals.com and we will delete it.
12. THIRD-PARTY SITES AND SERVICES
The Site may link to third-party websites, booking platforms, payment pages, insurance providers, and social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third party. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
13. INFORMATION FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
The Services are directed to users in the United States, and our vehicles are rented for use within the continental United States. Information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you consent to that transfer and processing.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required by law, communicated to you directly. Your continued use of the Site or the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
